Hi, I’m Danny!

I am a lefty, a New York Mets fan, and love collecting collections. I’m a comedian, performer, and award-winning writer based in Los Angeles.

Through hard work, collaboration, and a steadfast work ethic, I have continued to find success in producing (mostly) comedic content early in my career. A writer and performer at heart, I have used his producing experience to showcase my voice and those of my collaborators.

I’m currently a producer and performer in Writer’s Block, a monthly script reading and improv show, at the Lyric Hyperion Theater. You can also find me at The Pack Theater as a part of the sketch team Ciao! Most recently, I produced the satirical musical The War on Christmas and worked on the production of American Born Chinese, now on Disney+.

I was a Producer and Production Coordinator of We Still Teach, a remote learning television show partnered with the Chicago Teachers Union on Fox 32/My 50 in Chicago. Throughout 2020, I was able to help bridge the digital divide by bringing teacher lessons, made specifically for TV, to Chicago Public School students of all ages.

While living in Chicago, I created, produced, and hosted the show BULLSHIT ALERT, a panel show of comedians and artists telling stories and tricking each other at the Second City from 2018-2019.

My knack for collaboration flourished while being a part of the film collective Video People and the sketch comedy team Happy to Be Here. With both teams, I have written, produced, and directed numerous short films and sketches.

I have performed at the Second City, iO Theater, Annoyance Theater, and the Playground Theater. I have trained at the Upright Citizens Brigade in New York and Los Angeles, and I’m a graduate of the Second City Conservatory.

After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis in May of 2017, I studied at the Harold Ramis Film School at the Second City; the only film school in the world dedicated to comedic storytelling.
